Saturday, May 20th, start the day with a fabulous bird walk at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort at 8am, or join us in the afternoon at 2:30pm for a bi-lingual bird walk. Both walks will explore diverse habitats and the splendor of spring birds with a gentle 1 to 1.5 hour walk. These walks are free and open to the public with no registration required.
Following the walk at 2:30pm will be a bi-lingual song bird concert by the Marlin Handbell Ringers. The concert is Saturday at 4pm at Sleeping Lady Resort ($10 suggested donation). The 108 bells of the Marlin Handbell Ringers blend and soar, as many hands blend a single musical message. Members of the Columbia River Community Flute Choir perform, and also the Cascade Singing/Piano Duo.
